Soft Strip

SME can provide a general soft strip service or strip out - removal of all fixtures, fittings, services, temporary structures etc to leave an "empty shell" prior to refurbishment.

Deconstruction often generates increased value for the project. Before work begins, SME will engage with developers to assess the possibilities for salvaging material for recycling or reuse, ensuring that all economic and environmental factors that can affect any decision are taken into account. SME will then strip a building of agreed materials before demolition begins.
